The Constitution of Face Aesthetic Dermatologists Society (FADS):
ARTICLE I: MEMBERSHIP AND COMMITTEE STRUCTURE
1. All Organizing Committee members must be life members of FADS.
ARTICLE II: BOARD MEMBERSHIP AND DESIGNATIONS
2. Board members may assume designations through voting.
ARTICLE III: TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
3. Minutes of all yearly meetings will be recorded and published on the FADS website.4. Annual financial reports will be presented to the Board members.
ARTICLE IV: VOTING RIGHTS
5. The President holds two votes, while other Board members have one vote each.
ARTICLE V: INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION
6. The President and International Coordinators will select representatives to attend international conferences.
ARTICLE VI: CONFLICT OF INTEREST
7. Members running parallel associations or pharma companies are ineligible to serve on the Board or Organizing Committee.
ARTICLE VII: REGIONAL ACTIVITIES
8. Regional Vice Presidents may organize FADS one-day conferences and hands-on workshops in their respective states.
ARTICLE VIII: MEETING PROCEDURES
9. Organizing Committee meetings will be chaired by the President.10. Board meetings will be chaired by the Board Chairman.
